By registering for FTP access, you (herein referred to as the "Client") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1) You will not use the Client FTP site for any other purpose than the authorized retrieval of files and/or documents provided by Architectural Energies, Inc. (herein referred to as the "Architect").
2) You bear any and all liability for actions of anyone to whom you allow access to your Client FTP site.
3) The Architect retains sole ownership of Client FTP sites and may, at its sole discretion, restrict and/or deny access.
4) The Architect assumes no liability for any loss of information nor any costs incurred by the Client relating to use of site.
5) Client agrees to indemnify Architect any and all costs and/or damages incurred due to misuse of this site by the Client.
6) Client agrees to abide by the Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) of our hosting company in the course of using the Architect's Client FTP Site(s).
7) User IDs, Passwords and/or any other access information is non-transferable and remain the property of the Architect.
